2. General

Protecting your personal data matters to me. This website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools and no social media plugins, and it does not load any content (such as fonts) from third-party servers. Personal data is only processed to the extent described below.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit the website, the web server automatically records information transmitted by your browser (server log files): IP address, date and time of access, page/file requested, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and version, and operating system.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free display, stability and security of the website. The hosting provider deletes or anonymises the log files after a short period. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host. 4. Contact form and email

If you use the contact form or send me an email, I process your details (name, email address, subject, message and time of the enquiry) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, for enquiries relating to a contract or job application, additionally Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

The message is sent by email via the ALL-INKL.COM servers to my mailbox and forwarded from there to a private mailbox at Google (Gmail, Google Ireland Ltd.); a transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out (Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Your data is deleted once the enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Data is not passed on to third parties.

5. External links

This website contains links to external websites (e.g. LinkedIn, GitHub, client websites). Data is only transmitted to the respective provider when you click such a link; their privacy policies apply.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR), as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in the address bar.
